Patent, Co-founder of Bridgelabs and JP Global Lead and Inclusive Leadership Coach, talks intently with Kim Clark about the steps to take towards bridging the gap with leaders towards an equitable world. Jason Patent, the founder of JP Global Lead LLC, brings over 18 years of leadership experience in the United States and China. Holding pivotal roles such as Chief of Operations and Chief of Strategy at International House UC Berkeley, Director of the Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership at I-House, Co-Director of the Johns Hopkins–Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, and Director of the Stanford Program in Beijing, Jason has coached, consulted, and educated over 2,000 professionals and students from 30+ countries across six continents. With a strong commitment to fostering inclusivity, Jason conducts workshops on global leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion for organizations like the International Leadership Association and the Asia-Pacific Association for International Education. Passionate about creating a more inclusive world, Jason empowers leaders and students to cultivate a sense of belonging, firmly believing that this inclusivity is essential to solving global challenges.

She is the co-author of The Conscious Communicator: The fine art of not saying stupid sh*t, an Amazon #1 bestseller and the leading voice for DEI communications and social justice messaging for brands.

She speaks at conferences, writes custom workshops, writes inclusive communications guides, and consults with companies on all things related to diversity, equity, and inclusion communications. Kim is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, a cisgender woman, Native American (Muscogee Nation) and a mom of two kids with disabilities.
