As a consultant for new ventures and a distinguished social media trainer for executives, Imma leverages her extensive experience and ongoing training to specialize in business setup, consultancy, channel management, marketing, talent acquisition, and PR with a keen focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Europe. Her strength lies in IT and consumer electronics companies, where she serves as a facilitator and trainer in DEI, Social Selling, and Management, incorporating PNL and coaching techniques. An avid learner and LinkedIn member since May 2004, Imma's personal goal is to contribute positively to those around her, guided by her belief that life is 10% what happens and 90% how you deal with it.
